How we make money
Short version: today, we don't. The free WhatsApp outreach flow is free for buyers and will stay free. When the paid concierge service launches, this page is where we explain exactly what you'd pay for and what we refuse to take money for.
What we charge for (planned)
A flat per-case fee for the concierge service — we call your shortlist of dealers, record structured quotes, and send you a comparison report. The fee is upfront, not a commission. If we can't collect at least three usable dealer quotes inside the promised window, we refund it. No subscription.
What we will never charge for
- The free WhatsApp outreach flow. You can always use it without paying us.
- Higher placement for a dealer. We don't take dealer money for ranking.
- Selling your phone number, email, or any personal data — to dealers or anyone else.
- Insurance commissions, finance referral fees, or accessory affiliate cuts. We help you compare what a dealer charges; we don't broker the products.
- Newsletter signups or marketing capture.
Why this matters
The standard car-aggregator playbook is to capture your phone number and resell it to dealers, insurance brokers, and finance partners. Their incentive is volume, not outcomes. Our incentive is the buyer's — because that's who pays us. If we ever take a single rupee from a dealer for placement or for your number, the product stops working and we've lied to you. We'd rather not exist.
